  1. William Floyd senior graduate Thomas Francis was awarded the "Outstanding High School Science Student" given by the Suffolk County chapter of the Science Teachers Association of New York. Francis was nominated by a science educator, Terri Randall. (Patch)
  2. MMS Community Library will host the "Illustrators Workshop" at the Mastic Recreation Center on Friday, July 15. Teens will have fun while creating a sketch with Mr. Casper. The event starts at 4 p.m. (MMSCL)
  3. Exams for the next Forest Ranger and Environmental Conservation recruitment will be held on Sept. 17.   4. Alive After Five is finally back in the Village of Patchogue, and many other attractions are coming with it!
