Shots Fired At Long Island Home On Thursday Night: Police
Six shots were fired at the home, but no one was hurt, police say.
MASTIC BEACH, NY — Suffolk police detectives are investigating a shooting in Mastic Beach that took place on Thursday night, a spokesperson said.
At around 8:25 p.m., six shots were fired toward a house on Alder Drive, and two of those struck the home, but no one was hurt, police said.
The suspect then ran off, heading east on Queens Road, according to police.

Seventh Squad detectives are investigating.
