On April 1, Supervisor Ed Romaine attended the Brookhaven Fire Department’s annual installation dinner held at Majestic Gardens in Rocky Point. The event celebrated 100 years of service to the residents of Brookhaven and parts of Shirley, Bellport and Yaphank. At the ceremony, the Supervisor acknowledged the volunteer department members for their years of dedicated service to keep their community safe. He also swore in the new officers and honored the outgoing officers with certificates of appreciation.
