1. Another "zomnie house" has been demolished in Mastic. The town of Brookhaven announced the long-time vacant home at 103 Huntington Drive is no longer standing. The action was taken after numerous complaints from the residents in the area. (Patch)
2. MMS Community Library hosts the "Heartsaver CPR/AED" on Saturday, Oct. 22. The course will teach participants how to proceed in case someone suffers a heart attack. The class investment is $60 and can be paid at the class. Click here for details. (Patch)
