There are tons of ways to keep busy around Brewster and Southeast this weekend, and we're here to help you decide which happenings are for you. Adult Trivia Night
When: 7 p.m. Friday (Sept. 27)
Where: Patterson Library (1167 Route 311 in Patterson)
Why go? It's expected to be a fun night for all, and winners will walk away with prizes. Participants, who must be 18 or older, are welcome to come with a group or go solo. Parents with kids can leave the youngsters with Miss Jen for "Fun Friday. 

Paths to Publishing
When: 2 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 29)
Where: Arts on the Lake (640 Route 52 in Kent)
Why go? Hear from Patricia Horan, an editor and publisher whose been in the industry for more than 40 years. She'll hit on a number of important topics—covers, design, organization, proposals, titles and more—that are important parts of the process for folks looking to become published.

Teen One-Act Plays
When: 8 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 28) and 3 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 29)
Where: Studio Around the Corner (67 Main Street in Brewster)
Why go? These short works incorporate everything from the Capulet household to insects in a glass jar to one character's crayon selection to fairy tales. Cast members include Anthony Buonarobo, Matthew Brunale, Jacqueline Carey, Lauren Colella, Kate Collins, Sarah Daleo, Noah Emke, Elizabeth Frost, Jennifer Funigiello, Devon Muendell, Mary Grace Orfanella and Kristyn Vario,
