Companion Pet Hospital Acquires Kent, Beekman Animal Hospitals

Companion Pet Hospital (CPH-www.companionpethospital.com) has announced the acquisition of Animal Hospital of Kent and Beekman Animal Hospital, expanding the veterinary practice to three locations in the Hudson Valley, including its first location in Fishkill, along with Carmel and Beekman.

“This acquisition enables us to provide expert veterinary care with a compassionate touch to a greater number of pets in the Hudson Valley,” says Dr. Hope Jankunas, owner and medical director of CPH. “We are excited to continue the tradition of personalized care with a focus on preventative medicine practiced by Dr. Feldman and his team at the Animal Hospital of Kent and to implement additional improvements that will enable us to do our job even better.”

The practice recently upgraded to state of the art digital radiography equipment to aid in the rapid diagnoses of sick or injured pets. CPH holds American Animal Hospital Association accreditation, a rigorous inspection process that ensures an animal hospital exceed the standards of care in medicine, surgery and pain management. As a certified Cat Friendly Practice, CPH has been recognized as an industry leader in providing specialized feline care in a safe and comfortable environment.
