Carmel Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

A report of a "large fight" at a Mahopac residence has led to the arrest of a 61-year-old woman, who is facing a charge of allowing consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, police said.
Carmel cops arrested Pauline Giannino, of Mahopac, Saturday evening. She turned herself in at the station after the 11:30 p.m. Friday incident, which took place at her home, according to Chief Mike Johnson.
"Carmel Police responded to a residence on Baldwin Place Road on a report of a large fight in progress," officials said in a statement Monday, adding that the outside area of the home was "strewn with alcoholic containers and alcohol."

"Upon the officers' arrival, they found one subject who was the victim of an apparent assault and a large group of youths in the rear yard," authorities said. "... Investigation revealed that the adults at the residence had allowed the youths, many underage, to consume alcoholic beverages."
Police released Giannino pending a Nov. 19 appearance in Carmel Justice Court.
