Sheriff: Southeast Man Carried Knife, Needle
The Putnam County Sheriff's Office provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police found a hypodermic needle and a switchblade knife while investigating suspicious activity in a parked vehicle on Blackberry Drive in Southeast, officials say.
Deputy Sheriff William Quick arrested Peter J. Ciullo, 21, on misdemeanor charges at about noon Oct. 23, according to a statement released by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office last week.
Quick was on patrol when he noticed the car. He saw the knife sitting on the center console during his investigation, which also led to the needle discovery, police say.
