Troopers Charge 2 Connecticut Residents with DWI
State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Over the weekend state troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested and released the following individuals:
- Danbury, CT resident Jennifer S. Xavier, 29. Xavier was stopped on Interstate 84 in Southeast at about 4:50 a.m. Sunday. Officials charged the defendant with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
- New Fairfield, CT resident Joseph Calzada, 47. Police stopped him around 9:50 p.m. Saturday on Danbury Road in Southeast. He's facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
