Troopers Charge 2 with DWI on I-84
State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks made the following arrests on Interstate 84 (I-84) in Southeast over the weekend. Here are the details:
- New Milford, CT resident Brittany L. Varisco, 28, is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated after a 2:30 a.m. arrest Saturday on westbound I-84. She was released on an appearance ticket.
- Wappingers Falls resident Michael F. Scott, 23, is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a 4:20 a.m. arrest Sunday. Scott was reportedly headed east on I-84. He was released on an appearance ticket.
