A 26-year-old Mahopac man is facing two misdemeanor drunken driving charges after he got behind the wheel intoxicated, police say.
Troopers from the Southeast Barracks arrested Devin K. Geisler at about 9:30 p.m. Friday on Sodom Road in Southeast.
Police charged Geisler with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. The latter typically indicates a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent or higher. The legal limit is 0.08.
