
A 27-year-old Mount Kisco man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated after a recent arrest in Southeast, officials say.
Troopers from the Southeast Barracks stopped Jose D. Lopez-Ramirez at about 10 p.m. Friday after he crossed over the double yellow line several times on North Main Street, according to authorities.
Lopez-Ramirez is accused of driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.13 percent. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.
The defendant was transported to the Putnam County Correctional Facility, where he was held on $500 cash bail. He's due June 4 in Southeast Justice Court.
