The staff at the Putnam Humane Society in Carmel is looking for information on two dogs recently found in Southeast: a male German shepherd and a female pit bull.
Resident Karl Lyon came upon the shepherd, who he described as "really sweet," on Scenic Ridge Drive in Southeast Friday. The dog was wearing an orange, or faded red, collar, with no identifying tags. He likes to chase cars and is either young or middle-aged.
The pit bull was discovered near the intersection of Milltown Road and Old Milltown Road. Her coloring is brindle and white.
