Woman Arrested in Southeast Faces DWI, Resisting Arrest Charges
State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 49-year-old Pound Ridge resident is facing misdemeanor charges after an arrest on Interstate 84 in Southeast this weekend, police say.
State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Agnes G. Malinari, who was headed west, at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday. They charged her with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
Malinari was issued an appearance ticket for a future date in Southeast Justice Court.
