Man Beat Up On R Train In Sunset Park: Police
The man was punched and kicked as he lay on the floor of the train, police said.

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — Authorities are searching for a man who they say beat up another man on the R train in Brooklyn.
It happened on Friday, Oct. 20, around 3:45 p.m. on a southbound R train that was running through Park Slope and Sunset Park, police said.
It started when the assailant stepped on the foot of a 30-year-old man, according to police. A confrontation ensued, and the victim was punched in the face and fell to the ground, police said.

From there, the attacker punched and kicked the man in the head and face, police said.
When the train pulled into the 36th Street station, the assailant got on a southbound D train and fled, according to police.
