Imran Jairam, the owner of the Love & Lust Club, filed a $125 million notice of claim against the city that accuses Emmanuel Gonzalez, the commanding officer of the 72nd Precinct, of trying to get Jairam to buy about $80,000 worth round-trip tickets to Puerto Rico, the paper reported.
Gonzalez also demanded Jairam, who was holding fundraisers in his club for the island after Hurricane Maria, send a generator to Dr. Oscar Caban Badillo in Puerto Rico, according to the Daily News. The club owner never complied with Gonzalez's requests.
