A video that surfaced on Facebook Monday shows an employee at Dog & Pooch in Syosset kicking and throwing a dog.

"I was not the man on the video," Hazan said on Facebook. "My hair is jet black and I am always clean shaven as opposed to the man on the video that clearly has red hair and a full beard."
Hazan, who said he wasn't in the building when the incident occurred, said he was shocked when he saw the video.
