Citizen: Not in My Front Yard
A resident of the house next to Goldberg Hardware complained about the line of wheelbarrows that sits there.

While the landlord of the building next door to Goldberg Hardware might not mind the line of wheelbarrows seasonally on their front lawn, at least one tenant seems to.
Someone came into Tarrytown police headquarters on April 7 at 5:50 p.m. to report that he had been involved in a dispute with a shop employee over the placement of the wheelbarrows in the front lawn of 69 Main Street. The tenant stated that the worker threatened him but he refused to file a statement or pursue the matter, only requesting that police speak with the store about the incident. The desk officer called the store and left a message.
A few hours later a store representative called police and reported he has permission from the homeowner to place equipment on the front lawn. He said he would call the owner and advise him of his tenant’s complaint.
