Tarrytown: Rotary Duck Derby and YMCA Healthy Kids Day
Where: Patriots Park, 121 N Broadway, Tarrytown
When: Saturday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost: Free, $10 for unlimited kids' rides

Description: Rotary Rubber Duck Derby races 2,000 rubber ducks at Patriots Park with the assistance of Hope Hose and Conquerer Fire Dept. The ducks race in 5 heats. Winners of each heat race in final race for the $1,500 Grand Prize. Meantime, enjoy Healthy Kids Day at the Park with the YMCA. Rides for kids, games, food, music, and so much more. Bedford: Six Ladders Opens at KMA

Description: Bright swaths of vibrant colors transform the Katonah Museum of Art’s exterior beginning this Sunday, April 21st with the opening of its newest outdoor exhibition, Six Ladders by artist Andrea Lilienthal. Lilienthal created a series of giant bamboo ladders for the Museum’s stately Sculpture Garden that are whimsical and enigmatic; their brilliant colors electrifying the natural surroundings.
Briarcliff Manor: Rummage Sale
Where: Briarcliff Congregational Church
When: Saturday, April 27 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Cost: Free to browse
Description: The Briarcliff Congregational Church's annual rummage sale draws crowds from around the region each year. Items for sale include clothing, books, houseware, toys, appliances, furniture, sporting goods and more. There will be lunch and a bake sale.
Irvington: RiverArts Studio Tour
Where: First stop on the Rivertowns tour map is the Sanford White Building at Studio M360, 50 S. Buckhout Street, Irvington. For the complete tour map click here.
When: Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: Free
Description: The RiverArts Studio Tour features the diverse work of over 80 artists in studios and pop-up installations throughout the Rivertowns -- among them: the woodblock prints that comprise the tugboat mural on Tarrytown's C-Town. Katonah: Poetry Outside and Out Loud!
When: Saturday, April 27, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Where: Katonah Village Library
Cost: Free
Description: Bring the family to KVL on Saturday afternoon to hear poetry on the KVL library plaza. Children, teens and adults are welcome to read a favorite poem or recite one of your own. Don’t have one? A selection of poetry books will be available for you to peruse. We will supply the microphone, you supply the voice!
