Wondering About Today's GM Helicopter Action?

After several somewhat mysterious low-flying helicopter sightings near the GM site and Philipse Manor train station, there was some more interesting air activity today at river's edge. 

Some onlookers paused to wonder (again) what the activity was about this time. A Bridge View Tavern employee said he hoped no one was dead, as he noticed multiple county police vehicles parked in the lot near the helicopter that kept coming in and out, relanding and relaunching. 

Sleepy Hollow police confirmed that Westchester County PD was conducting flight training at the site. 

This, against the backdrop today of a giant weight dropping repeatedly from a crane nearby and momentary traffic stagnation as a car fire got extinguished on the bridge.
