PHOTOS: Origami Delights at Wang Center's Festival. Sunita S. Mukhi, Director of Asian Programs at Stony Brook University's Wang Center, called the annual Origami Festival a "resounding success," with people of all ages coming to enjoy the making of origami.

Snider Honored by Long Island Music Hall of Fame. Rockstar Dee Snider of the band Twisted Sister was among the honorees at the Long Island Music Hall of Fame induction ceremony at The Paramount in Huntington on Oct. 18.

PHOTOS: Celebrating Strawberries at Benner's Farm. Strawberries have been tied to the success of Benner's Farm since the Benner family bought the farm 34 years ago. The festival averages 1,200 people each year.

Cody Blue Snider Films Movie in Three Village. Film director Cody Blue Snider is following up on the success of his short film "All That Remains" with another locally-filmed project, "Fool's Day." Snider spent a week filming at Nassakeag Elementary – the very same school he attended as a student in the Three Village Central School District.
