Crime Report: Setauket Man Charged in Three-Car DWI Crash
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Mark Donovan, 56, of Setauket, was arrested Nov. 19 in Setauket and charged with first-offense DWI, a misdemeanor. According to a police report, Donovan was driving eastbound on Route 25A at Nicolls Road when he sideswiped another vehicle as he attempted to pass it. Police said he then headed south on Nicolls Road, drove over a grassy area, crossed over two lanes of southbound traffic and hit a third car. The accident took place at 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 19. Court records show Donovan is due in court next on Dec. 14.
Alexander Incorvia, 22, of East Setauket, was arrested Nov. 18 at his home in Setauket and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police said they went to arrest Incorvia on five bench warrants dating back to 2009, and when they searched him they allegedly found heroin in his possession. Court records show Incorvia is due in court next on Nov. 29.
