- If you are looking for a Saturday outing with the kids in the Three Village area, Emma Clark Memorial Library has a "Crafternoon" featuring a cute penguin. Drop in on Dec. 10 between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. No registration is required. (Three Village Events)
- Mt. Sinai Congregational Church is hosting a unique service for those struggling with the loss of a loved one or who are alone during the holidays. The “Grief and the Holidays” will be held on Saturday, Dec 17, from 10 a.m. to noon. The church is at 233 North County Road in Mount Sinai. All are welcome to attend. (TBR News Media)

Dec. 11 at 5 p.m. Pre-parade fun will be held at the Setauket Fire House at 4 p.m. The event will light our streets with the fun decorated vehicles "marching" around the neighborhood.
