Free Drawing Class, ALS Support Group Set for Tuesday in Three Village

Your guide to what's happening today.

Hello, Three Village. Here's what Tuesday looks like in our community.

- Find some artistic inspiration in nature at Frank Melville Memorial Park this morning: "drawing from nature" is a free, family-friendly art class led by two nature artists set for 11 a.m. today at the park.

- Several local items are on the agenda for tonight's town board meeting, which starts at 5 p.m. at Brookhaven Town Hall in Farmingville.

- There's a ton of great stuff happening today at Emma S. Clark Memorial Library, including a "basics of the internet" class for adults at 10 a.m., garden bingo for kids ages 4 and 5 at 1 p.m. and a class for teens on how to make a scarf out of old t-shirts at 3:30 p.m. Call the library at 631-941-4080 for more information.

- For those in the greater Suffolk County community who have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis – commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease – or have a loved one who suffers from the disease, there's a support group set for Tuesday at 6 p.m. Click here for more information.

- There's still time to get your tickets to the Chamber of Commerce's annual beach barbecue party, which is set for Wednesday at 6 p.m. (rain date Thursday). Click here for more information.
