Games Will Go On at Stony Brook University

Football, soccer and volleyball home games will proceed as planned.

Game on.

Despite the hurricane that ravaged the surrounding community, athletic events at Stony Brook University will be held according to plan, the athletic department announced Friday.

However, the athletic department said in a statement: "Understanding that traffic lights may still be out in areas surrounding the campus, fans coming to any Stony Brook Athletics event this weekend are encouraged to arrive early and drive safely to the event."
