- Three Village Chamber of Commerce will host a Holiday Party at Mario's Restaurant in East Setauket on Monday, Dec. 12, at 6 p.m. Non-members are welcome to attend the event. Tickets are $60 per person at the door. (Three Village Chamber of Commerce)
- Students of the Setauket Elementary School enjoyed the beautiful fall weather to learn in the fresh air! Click on the link to peek at the Learning kiddos from Mrs. Pantelidis’ class participating in an outdoor reading. (Three Village School District)
- Army Veteran Joseph Annunziata of Kings Park returned to Stony brook Hospital to thank the staff for helping him while suffering a stroke on Veterans Day. Annunziata felt weakness on the side of his body while driving to the store and quickly reached for help. Doctors said the veins of his brain were blocked, and they used a new technique to clear them up. (LI News 12)
- CrossFit will host a Turkey Trot Run / Walk 5k at Heritage Park on Nov. 19. at 10 a.m. Food and refreshments will be offered. Tickets are $10 per person, and a nonperishable food item donation will be collected to help a hundred families this Thanksgiving. All ages and levels are welcome to participate. (Eventbrite)
