Letter to the Editor: Fusco-Winslow is the Right Choice for School Board

I am delighted to have this opportunity to write a Letter of Recommendation for Dr. Andrea Fusco. I have known Andrea since she was a toddler. Because of my close ties with the family, I have had the pleasure of watching Andrea grow up into the outstanding woman she is today.

I remember that if I dropped in to visit near homework time, there Andrea would be, sitting at the kitchen table, doing what needed to be done, studying. She took advantage of all that our wonderful school district has to offer. As a result, it gave her the platform to reach her dream and become a doctor.

In my opinion, Dr. Fusco is a very special person because she genuinely expresses her compassion and caring for others. As a mother she is dedicated to her daughters and their well-being, but also for the children of the district.

The Three Village School District has a very special reputation. Dr. Fusco is one who is the best representative of the quality of education the district provides to its students. In a time when important educational decisions have to be made, I am confident that Dr. Fusco will make those decisions in the best interest of all concerned, but especially the students.
