This fall, students in Jackie Shaw’s seventh grade honors class enrolled in the competition, “Twisted Tales: Flip the Script.” The contest challenged students to write a micro story of 100 words or less, taking on a villain’s perspective. The villain could be a famous one, an original creation or even something such as a natural disaster.

Congratulations to the 11 students who will be published: Elvin Gao, Holly Graff, Sabine Hecker, Madeline Kern, Julietta McKee, Roo Sabet, Mahira Shah, Caoilin Sharkey, Ryan Woltmann, Brandon Xu and Hannah Zdanowicz.
