Here are the top four stories in Three Village today:

  1. Long Island Music Hall Of Fame is the new spot in town and will officially be open for visitors on November 25. The venue is in Stony Brook on Main Street. It features memorabilia that once belonged to artists like Billy Joel, Debbie Gibson, Joan Jett and others. (Patch)
  2. The Reboli Center is asking the Three Village, Stony Brook, Setauket and surrounding areas residents to help donate to the Holiday Food Drive. The drive will be hosted from Dec. 2-24. If you would like to help, please, bring donations to the center at 64 Main Street in Stony Brook through Dec. 24. (Reboli Center)
  3. The American Association of Teachers of Italian held a TikTok Contest in which s R.C. Murphy Junior High School students were awarded. The challenge was to create a video about how they spent their last summer using Italian song subtitles. (Three Village School District)
  4. The Brookhaven board approved a $329.7 million budget for 2023 with a vote of 6-0 on Thursday. With the new plan, property taxes are expected to increase by 1.92% on standard homes. (Newsday/Subscription Required)
