Shelter Pet of the Week: Elsie Needs a Home

Elsie is a female bit bull in need of a permanent family to love her. According to this Craigslist post, she was rescued from New York City's euthanasia list, and she is currently in foster care in East Setauket. Elsie is approximately five years old and weighs 55 pounds. "She's a spunky, active and happy girl who just loves as much attention as she can get and can become quite a goofy girl when toys are involved," according to the Craigslist post.
