South Setauket Plots Could Be Yours For $100
Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management is holding an auction in October, including two parcels in South Setauket.
Two plots of land in South Setauket could be yours for $100.
The Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management will hold an auction on 130 parcels throughout the county on Oct. 23 at the H. Lee Dennisson Building in Hauppauge. Nearly two dozen residential improved properties as well as a handful of commercial structures will be auctioned off.
Ninety-minute open houses will be held at select locations which have been improved beforehand, though the two up for auction in Setauket - both being sold together - are unimproved, according to the county.

The two parcels are located on the western side of Mark Tree Road, north of Krispin Place.
In order to participate in next month's auction, interested parties must register beforehand. Registration will be held Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Oct. 18 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
