Here are the top stories in Three Village today:

1. Stony Brook Village Black Friday is from 2 to 4 p.m. Holiday performances, a petting Zoo, carolers, and other attractions will cherish the event while shoppers do their thing! (Mommy Poppings)
2. The Blowage Big Band will hit the stage of the Jazz Loft in Stony Brook on Monday, Nov. 28. Musicians start performing at 7 p.m. Trombonist Ray Anderson will lead the event. Tickets are $10 per person. (Three Village Patch)
3. Police are investigating an accident where a Commack resident drove his vehicle into the water at Maple Avenue in Bayshore. Officials said Robert Lancaster suffered a medical condition. Rescuers pulled him out of the water, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. (Smithtown Matters)
4. For those who need an extra hand understanding how to use their mobile devices, Three Village teenagers will be at the Emma Clark Library on Thursday, Dec. 1, to help patrons. The Tech Help program starts at 6 p.m. Appointments are required. (ECML)

• The Ward Melville Heritage Organization is hosting its 43rd Annual Holiday Festival on Dec. 4 with a special appearance of Santa Claus. Bring the family to enjoy this community event that starts at noon. A petting zoo, hot treats, carolers, and other attractions will be offered. (Patch)
• The Steam Room Restaurant welcomes all to enjoy a free Thanksgiving Meal this Thursday from noon to 5 p.m. The menu is the traditional turkey and its classic side dishes: stuffing, gravy, and vegetables. The restaurant is at 4 East Broadway, Port Jefferson. All are welcome. (Port Jefferson CofC)
