2. Stony Brook Fire Department is calling the community to participate in the Halloween Monster Dash-5K Race Run/Walk on Saturday, Oct 29. • Long Islanders are expected to pay more for the traditional Thanksgiving turkey this year. According to the Department of Agriculture, prices are 73% up compared to 2021. Inflation is the leading cause of the high prices.
