• Stony Brook Village will host a Christmas Tree Contest.
• Actress Kristin Chenoweth is coming to town in February.

Here are the top four stories in Three Village today:

1. The Stony Brook Village is hosting its 43rd Annual Holiday Tree Competition. Roll your sleeves up and let your imagination create a beautiful balsam tree that will be displayed to the public between Dec. 4 and 20. Download the registration form and be one of the contestants. 2. Actress Kristin Chenowith will hit the Staller Center stage in February, bringing her show "For The Girls." Currently, Chenowith is acting in Apple TV’s "Schmigadoon!" To see the Staller Center Spring Schedule, visit here. (Three Village Patch)

4. New York is under storm preparations this weekend as Nicole started its downpouring Friday afternoon through Saturday morning. Dumptrucks, wood chippers and vacuum trucks are expected to clean up street debris. PSEG LI is on the lookout for possible outages. (News12)
