Thefts Reported on West Meadow Road, Comsewogue Road
The Suffolk County Police Department responded to the following incidents between July 21 and July 26.

GRAND LARCENY
The owner of an East Setauket-based tree service reported July 23 that two credit cards were stolen from two different trucks that were unlocked and parked in a gated yard on West Meadow Road at around noon. The credit cards were used at a gas station and Walmart.
The owner of an auto repair station on Comsewogue Road reported that a GMC vehicle was stolen from the property sometime between 4:45 p.m. on July 22 and 12:40 p.m. on July 23.
BURGLARY
The owner of a home on Scotts Cove in Poquott reported July 21 someone stole jewelry and sports memorabilia sometime between 11 a.m. on July 13 and 10:30 p.m. on July 21. The thief reportedly entered the home by taking out an air conditioner and climbing through the window.
HARASSMENT
Police responded to a confrontation between employees and an unruly customer at Waldbaum's in East Setauket on July 23 at 10 p.m. The customer was upset by the supermarket's policy of not selling cigarettes past 9 p.m., and reportedly went behind the customer service counter to grab cigarettes, dropped money on the counter and left the store.
Police responded to a conflict between two drivers in the parking lot of BJs in East Setauket that arose from one driver yelling at another driver who was talking on his phone while driving. The incident happened shortly after 5 p.m. on July 26.
