- Judith Greiman recognized as Person of the Year for her tireless work at Stony Brook University. Stony Brook University employee,Judith Greiman, is praised by her decision making and relationship with government agencies that work in tandem with the university. Greiman also has the university’s, community’s and students’ best interests at heart whenever she makes a decision. Colleagues are impressed by her dedication to work. (TBRNEWS)
- A great amount of workers across Long Island saw a bump in their pay check this week.
Minimum wage in Nassau and Suffolk will increase to $15 an hour for all workers. It is the final increase under a multi-year plan that saw minimum wage in the city climb to $15 an hour in 2018.
