$24M Penthouse, $8.5M Brownstone: Top 5 UES Real Estate Deals
It's the second time this month that the Upper East Side has had the most expensive listing sold in Manhattan.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Upper East Side's luxury real estate market is having a banner month.
It's the second time this month that the neighborhood has had the most expensive residential sale in Manhattan, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
This week, the most expensive apartment sold is a new penthouse condo on East 77th Street that sold for $24,000,000. The brand-new 500-foot-tall condo building is designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, and is being developed by Naftali Group.

Construction is well underway, and Naftali Group says sales at the building have already surpassed 85 percent, the developers said.
The building, which includes 62 residences and extensive amenities, is slated for completion in late 2026.
