$26.95M Triple Terraced Condo Tops UES Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the Upper East Side's luxury real estate market, which saw nine sales on apartments more expensive than $4,000,000, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The top sale in the neighborhood was a penthouse on Park Avenue in Lenox Hill that went for $26,950,000, making it the second-highest sale in all of Manhattan between Nov. 17 and Nov. 23.

The penthouse, which is located at 823 Park Ave. between East 75th Street and East 76th Street, is a 7,200-square-foot triplex condo with three private outdoor spaces and five bedrooms. The condo hit the market back in March with an original asking price of $29,950,000.
