UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Ready for a deluxe apartment in the sky?
Maison 78, a new Upper East Side luxury development with nearly every amenity imaginable, has just launched an affordable housing lottery on the Housing Connect platform.
The lottery has 45 affordable apartments available, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, at the newly completed high-rise building at 1487 First Ave. That's about a 15-minute walk to Central Park.
