UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Unsuspecting New Yorkers have had expensive goods stolen from them in a month-long spree of robberies carried out by a group of men, police said.
The as-yet-unidentified robbers remain on the loose this week, as NYPD officials linked them to three robberies scattered across upper Manhattan and the Bronx.
Police reported that the robberies vary in nature, including sidewalk snatch-and-grabs. For instance, on May 13 on the Upper East Side, two men on a black motorcycle attempted to steal an orange motorcycle parked in front of 46 East 91st Street.
