UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — An armed senior citizen robbed an Upper East Side bank on Sunday, but was quickly arrested by police a scant 30 minutes after the heist, officials said.

At around 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, Young entered a TD Bank on Third Avenue and East 96th Street, according to police.
