Bobbi Brown's New Store Opens On Madison Avenue
Madison Avenue has a new, nicely made-up face on the block.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Makeup guru Bobbi Brown's new brand, Jones Road, has just opened on the Upper East Side, joining the ranks of glassy storefronts on the historic Madison Avenue business corridor this past week.
The shop, which first opened its doors on Feb. 13, sells Bobbi Brown's "no-makeup makeup" products out of its 900-square-foot space on the corner of Madison Avenue and East 81st Street, where the MARIA CHER. clothing boutique used to be.
Brown's concept for Jones Road is "inclusive beauty for all ages, skin types and skin tones," with a focus on clean ingredients, a spokesperson for the makeup maven said.

Part of that inclusivity includes hosting frequent events for local beauty fans at its Upper East Side location, the brand said.
The Madison Avenue shop will host a series of makeup master classes and "community-based activations" where both loyal fans and the Jones Road-curious can explore the brand's offerings.

Brown's first company, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, was bought by Estée Lauder in 1995, for more than $70 million. She stayed on as a Chief Creative Officer until 2016 when she left, and the day after her non-compete agreement with the company ended in 2020, she launched Jones Road.
Since then, it's been one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brands and was on track to make $150 million in 2024 alone, according to reports.
Like all brands these days, Jones Road got its start online, but this year, the brand is expanding into brick-and-mortar locations, and the Upper East Side location is its fourth in New York City.
The company also has locations in Greenwich Village, Williamsburg and Cobble Hill.
Jones Road is located at 1071 Madison Ave. on the Upper East Side and is open daily. Click here for more information.
