'Breakfast At Tiffany's' Townhouse Sold: Top 5 UES Real Estate Deals
A Lenox Hill townhouse that appears as Holly Golightly's home in the 1961 movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" sold for $12.5 million this week.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with nine deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the list was a Lenox Hill townhouse that appears in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" as Holly Golightly's home, which sold for $12.5 million, the Olshan Report said.
The landmarked townhouse, which originally hit the market at $15 million in May, is located at 169 East 71st St. The townhouse is a five-story home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three powder rooms, and a landscaped garden.
