WHO: Adults and children with any form of alopecia areata, universalis or totalis.
WHAT: Clinical trials with FDA-approved drugs at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology. All study-related expenses are reimbursed + compensation.
Trial with Dupixent:
- Patients will be from age 6+ and are required to have a personal history of atopic disease (history of allergies, asthma, or eczema). Patient has not used Dupixent before.
Trial with Litfulo:
- Enrolled patients will be from age 12+. We require an overall minimum of 50% hair loss from the scalp.
