Housing Lottery Now Open For New UES Condo Building
Want to live within walking distance of the Met, Carl Schurz Park, and the 2nd Avenue Subway? Those who qualify can apply by September 30th.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY – Housing lottery applications are now open for 28 rent stabilized units at 300 East 83rd Street, a brand-new high-rise on the Upper East Side.
That’s a quick walk to the Q train at 86th Street, or a reasonable stroll to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park one way, or Carl Schurz Park and the East River the other way.
Amenities galore are offered at this smoke-free, pet-friendly building, including dishwashers, washers and dryers – as well as a shared laundry room – a gym, and “outdoor space.”

Studios, one bedrooms, and two bedroom apartments are available. Income restrictions apply, and rents range from $1,655 for a studio to $4,020 for a two bedroom.
A percentage of units are reserved for individuals with mobility, vision, or hearing needs, and for NYC employees and residents of Manhattan Community Board 8.

Applications must be submitted online via NYC Housing Connect. There are no deposits or application fees required.
