This Local Gym Just Got A $2M Glow-Up — Here's A Look Inside
Just in time for those new year resolutions to kick in.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The Crunch Gym at East 59th Street just got a $2 million upgrade, featuring all kinds of new wellness equipment to help New Yorkers start the new year off right.
The upgrade for the gym, which is located right on the border of Upper East Side and Midtown East, features new cardio equipment and Olympic weight-lifting platforms, in addition to a new expanded floor plan with extra workout space, a Crunch spokesperson said.
The renovated gym, which covers 36,000 square feet, also features all kinds of high-tech wellness contraptions.

This includes meditation pods, massage chairs and red light therapy, a Crunch spokesperson said.
The new gym also features new class space for Crunch's unique circus-inspired dance classes, pole fitness classes, and high-intensity interval training classes.
