Man Arrested Following East Harlem Child Sexual Assault: Police
A 41-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection to a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old nearly a month ago, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A man was arrested and charged in connection to a sexual assault involving a young teenage girl, according to police.
Johnny Rios, 41, was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with forcible touching, public lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child, sexual abuse and stalking, officials said.
On Jan. 13, a 13-year-old girl was walking near East 126th Street and Madison Avenue at around 5 p.m. when a stranger walked up to her, officials said.

The man then grabbed the young girl's buttocks and exposed himself while masturbating, police said.
Officials said the man then fled the scene on foot.

The teen was uninjured in the incident, police said.
According to court records, Rios, a Harlem resident, pled not guilty to all charges.
Rios had bail set at $5,000 cash and the judge issued a restraining order. His next court appearance is Feb. 22.
