UES 'Breakfast Bandit' Runs On Dunkin', NYPD Says
The local NYPD Precinct has labeled the crook a "breakfast bandit."

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is searching for a "breakfast bandit" they say runs on Dunkin'.
The man broke into an Upper East Side Dunkin' Donuts to steal coffee and bacon, police said.
He is accused of forcing his way into the Dunkin' on First Avenue between East 77th and 78th streets during the early morning of Oct. 14, police said. He gained entry to the store through a sidewalk hatch, police said.

Instead of stealing money from the store, the man opted to grab bags of bacon and coffee, police said.
"America Runs on Dunkin & so does our suspect," the NYPD's 19th Precinct said on Twitter.

Police recently released photos of the man taken by security cameras outside the Dunkin' store (seen above). The suspect appears to be a man with a slim build and balding hair who was wearing yellow gloves and dark clothing.
