Man Flashes Woman On UES Subway, Police Say
A man exposed himself to passengers aboard a Q train traveling through the neighborhood.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man wanted for flashing a woman on a train traveling through the Upper East Side, police said.
A 27-year-old woman boarded a southbound Q train at the East 86th Street and Second Avenue station in November 2018 and noticed the man exposing his genitals, police said. The image stuck in the woman's mind, and when she saw the man on the Q train recently she made sure to take a photo of him, police said.
Police released the photo (seen above) and described the man as in his 60s or 70s with gray hair.
