A 52-year-old woman was able to take the creep's photo and report him to police.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a creep who masturbated on a crowded train making its way through the Upper East Side, police said.
A 52-year-old woman boarded a 6 train at the 68th Street-Lexington Avenue stop on Thursday, Oct. 25 and realized that a male passenger exposed his gentials when she took her seat, police said. The man, who was sitting across from the woman, began to "masturbate in plain view" as the train made its way to the 33rd Street-Park Avenue station, police said.
When the train arrived at 33rd Street-Park Avenue, the man exited the subway, police said. The suspect is described as being in his 40s with a dark complexion, medium build and light facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black leather jacket, black jeans and black boots.
